Please read the following terms & conditions carefully. Confirmation of a booking is deemed acceptance of these terms.


All rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Arrivals and Departures

Check in is from 2:00pm

Check out is at 10:30am


In the event of cancellation your deposit will be forfeit and there may be further charges billed to you worked on a pro-rata basis according to how much notice is given.


All bookings will require a deposit to confirm them, a member of staff will telephone to take details for a deposit and then confirm your booking. £50 per room for a short break & £100 per person for 7 night breaks. All deposits are non-refundable.


You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects and money. We will include a reccommended insurer leaflet with your confirmation letter.


We are happy for you to bring your dog (small, well-behaved) along to enjoy your holiday too, £10 per night supplement. Advanced notice must be given to the hotel if you intend to bring your dog. Dogs are only permitted to be left alone in the bedroom during meal times. Any damage caused will be invoiced to you.

We may use software filters to prevent being added to a spam blacklist. Third parties will not be allowed to use your personal information for their own purposes.
