Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms & conditions carefully. Confirmation of a booking is deemed acceptance of these terms.

Prices

All rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Children & Infants

For bookings with Children and Infants please contact the reception team direct to discuss prices (variable by age) and availability.

Arrivals and Departures

Check in is from 14.00

Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 10.00

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation your deposit will be forfeit and there may be further charges billed to you worked on a pro-rata basis according to how much notice is given.

Deposits

All bookings will require a deposit to confirm them, a member of staff will telephone to take details for a deposit and then confirm your booking. £50 per room for a short break & £100 per person for 7 night breaks. All deposits are non-refundable.

Insurance

You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects and money. We will include a reccommended insurer leaflet with your confirmation letter.

Dogs

We are happy for you to bring your dog (small, well-behaved) along to enjoy your holiday too, £7.50 per night supplement. Although dogs are only permitted in certain bedrooms so a call to the hotel is necessary PRIOR to booking. Dogs are only permitted to be left alone in the bedroom during meal times. Any damage caused will be invoiced to you.
